Crystal Palace reach agreement with Genk for Daniel Muñoz

Crystal Palace have reached a verbal agreement with KRC Genk for the permanent transfer of Colombian right-back Daniel Muñoz, The Palace Way understands. Palace's latest bid in the realm of £8.5m was deemed satisfactory enough to permit discussions of personal terms.

According to reports in Belgium, the defender will travel to London today to complete the move. Personal terms are not expected to be difficult to agree, as Muñoz is looking forward to playing the Premier League.
