Crystal Palace are set for a summer of change as they attempt to equip Oliver Glasner with the tools to take the club forward as they embark on the next stage of their project.

Palace’s model is simple: sell in order to buy. The Eagles are expecting their first major outgoing since heavily investing in the squad three years ago.

Two players who are sure to attract interest from clubs higher up the pecking order are Michael Olise and Eberechi Eze who both have significant release clauses in their Palace contracts.

The potential outgoings of such a high calibre of player will force the South London club to dip into the transfer market and look for reinforcements.

The Palace Way understands that Matias Soule ranks highly in the thoughts of Palace chiefs with the club sending representatives to watch the player at numerous points this season. The Argentine attacker has been on loan at Frosinone from Juventus this campaign with 13 goal contributions in thirty appearances.

The Eagles are also keen to add another striker to their ranks, with a move away from the club potentially on the cards for Odsonne Edouard. Eddie Nketiah, whom Palace have made numerous attempts for in the past, is the club's primary target. However, the club acknowledge that an approach for the striker will be difficult and have drawn up a list of suitable alternatives.

It’s also understood that Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner is keen on a move for Atalanta's Ademola Lookman, who had previously spent time in the Bundesliga with RB Leipzig. However, a move for the Englishman could prove costly. Jaden Philogene is admired by the club's scouting department with Palace, amongst others, considering a summer swoop.
